This workforce take pride in having built more than 200 boats for customers all over the world with many of them operating in some of the most demanding locations and harshest environments. The success of our boats under these circumstances and the fact that our customers return time and time again is testament to the quality of the design and workmanship that goes into them.
There is no substitute for experience and the core of our workforce has been with the company since it started building boats over 20 years ago. The company is equally aware, however, of the need to constantly refresh and upgrade workforce skills and to this end has developed a comprehensive training programme to ensure that employees individually and the company as a whole remain at the pinnacle of the profession.
