Good Afternoon Ray and staff at Blyth...
After our visit yesterday at Blyth workboats factory, we went home with a great feeling of satisfaction. The service we got when we arrived was supurb... a great welcome from your staff.
Our discussion over coffee about the work planned on my 10 metre Blyth boat including your kind tips contributions were in my opinion an excellent customer relation.
The short but very exciting tour in your work site showing us the latest and newest things you could offer to your customers was also mindblowing.
The trim tabs I ordered for my Blyth were as discussed on the phone, ready for loading into our van accompanied with all that was needed for further work in Belgium.
I must say that in the 5 years that I have been the proud owner of the Challenger (Blyth 10m), I have never come upon any heavy costs.
The twin engines (Yanmar 140hp) are still the same engines as when they were built and have now over 4600 working hours. I've also heard that the boat I own is the 3rd moulding to come out of your factory and in my eyes I have to say woooooooooow!!
As I do all maintenence required on regular intervals, and only use the official parts this makes one hell of a workboat.
I can only say keep up what you and your staff are doing. And as I promised, here are some pictures of my boat and how it looks now.
